Handmade oak door
Beautiful oak door crafted for a historic home in North Wales. The couple had tried numerous companies but no one was willing to match the original and restore the ironmongery.
Plus a few modern touches to help seal it from draughts. All gently aged and finished with our resins, oils and waxes.
Restored kitchen table
A well made, but very tired “Chalon” cooks table needed a full restoration and repair. The old heavily pigmented paint and lacquered maple top have been fully stripped, gently coloured and polished.
The hot rods are now removable for ease of cleaning. All ready for a new lease of life.
18th century table
We’ve restored a great many beautiful dining tables over the years. This 18th C French table may not be the most expensive but it does have one of the finest original colours in the top.
The table was badly infested with woodworm and had several large disfiguring stains on the elm top. The original patina is so delicate and easily lost. So careful treatment and a full restoration was required using French polish and home made wax.

A beautiful home office and display cabinets hand crafted for a lovely couple who appreciate music and old vinyl. A place to sit and work while listening to some glorious music.
All mouldings and detailing carefully designed and made to sit alongside the originals in the home. Mylands paint and gently aged oak sit alongside antique brass handles. All finished with our homemade wax.
